One of the world’s most widely respected and frequently used career planning tools. Introduced over 85 years ago, it continues to match people’s interests to careers they enjoy.
This interpretive report enables clients to work through their results on the revised Strong to better understand their career interests, and provides expanded information to help explain their results. The booklet also supplies descriptions of the Personal Style Scales, with lists of preferred interests, skills, abilities, work tasks, and occupations to target the best career for your client.
This offering includes a 90-minute coaching session on the report's result, and direction on how to self-pace through your career transition on your own.

In understanding how different people perceive the world, the MBTI® helps you begin to accept the fact that personality type preferences create different ways of navigating the world. "Perception involves all the ways of becoming aware of things, people, happenings, or ideas. Judgment involves all the ways of coming to conclusions about what has been perceived. If people differ systematically in what they perceive and in how they reach conclusions, then it is only reasonable for them to differ correspondingly in their interests, reactions, values, motivations, and skills." How does the MBTI® help me reach my goals in life? The goal of knowing about personality type is to understand and appreciate differences between people. As all types are equal, there is no best type. The MBTI instrument sorts for preferences and does not measure trait, ability, or character.
