Anita led the leadership and organization development efforts from the front-line to the C-Suite for Fortune 100, 400 and private organizations. Anita's a former restaurant operations and HR executive. Anita's professional focus is on emotionally intelligent leadership and high performance team development - with a sweet spot for the hospitality and retail industries.

Bruce has served as Production Crew Leader, Sales Manager and Product Development Manager for various Entertainment Lighting organizations. While overseeing crews of 100+ on multi-national productions, Bruce honed his leadership and management skills. Bruce's professional focus is on sales and communication as well as leadership development. We lost Bruce to cancer in 2020. His humor, deep voice, and extraordinary experience are deeply missed. 

Today, Anita works closely with a handful of select clients. She's a certified Maxwell Leadership consultant and an Authorized Partners for Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team, Work of Leaders, Productive Conflict, and more - bringing you a portfolio of resources, expertise and fun to you and/or your teams!
